  • Plasma Cutting Machines
    Description:
    Consist of Power source with controls, Water recirculating system if required and a well designed Torch. The basic principle is that the arc formed between the electrode and the work piece is constricted by a fine bore, copper nozzle. This increases the temperature and velocity of the plasma emanating from the nozzle. The temperature of the plasma is in excess of 20 000°C and the velocity can approach the speed of sound. When used for cutting, the plasma gas flow is increased so that the deeply penetrating plasma jet cuts through the material and molten material is removed in the efflux plasma. 
    Applications:
    Can cut all electrically conductive metals like S.S, C.S, Copper, Aluminium, Inconel, Titanium etc.

  • Micro Plasma Welding Machines
    Description : Consists of Inverter Power source and controls, Water
    Recirculating system and well designed torch. A plasma is a gas which is heated to an extremely high temperature and ionized so that it becomes electrically conductive. The plasma arc welding process uses this plasma to transfer an electric arc to a work piece. The metal to be welded is melted by the intense heat of the arc and fuses together.
    Applications : Applications include Pressure and Electrical Sensors,
    Bellows, Seals, Cans, Enclosures, Micro switches, Valves, Electronic
